To be fair, they should seize and crush all the un-housed cars that have been left abandoned on public property.

Here are the option list for "concerns". Note any concerns that the users of those lanes might have are not available. For example where is "Drivers park in them", or "Not connected to network", or "Too narrow", or "Not cleared of snow", or "Not physically protected"?
The bamboo scaffolding that is used in Hong Kong is truly something to behold. Whilst this isn't my photo, that building is the one I saw when I visited about 10 years ago. The bamboo is lashed with various things including that plastic banding used around boxes, split lengthways.

Higher speeds increase the chance of hitting someone, as well as the effect of hitting someone. Speed is always a factor.

If you're going to 'straya, you really need to ride to experience the viscious, unprecedented hatred that 'strayan motorists have towards cyclists. Also, you should be aware of the absolutely eye-watering fines in NSW for not having a bell, or not wearing a helmet. $410 for talking on the phone!
