Whew, how heavy/expensive is the package? Just bungies around the side of a wide load like that makes me nervous (as a fellow Arrow pilot)
I might argue that, that I continually have to hear what David Brooks thinks, we’re ALREADY in an era where success isn’t defined by how smart someone is.
I’ve had Forbidden Knowledge as a “Space Research” possibility as a note on my roadmap whiteboard for years 👀
My Concept2 is in the basement, and my office is on the second floor, which presents a bit of challenge at this juncture, so I've added a method to the Bluetooth handler to 'playback' an array of saved data, and recorded a quick 150m from the rower to use for testing.
Last bit for the weekend… connecting up to the actual hardware. Forgot that WebBluetooth won't connect on 0.0.0.0 (only localhost) and had a scare the whole project was DOA. 😱 Had a weird issue with the js library for generating UUIDs on localhost, but once that was sorted, worked like a charm.

Full player lifecycle, from landing page to win condition, and a <progress> html element because why not.
This is basically already a fully working solution to a System Design interview question I fielded during an interview for a Director role at a Series B startup a few years ago.
Added anonymous player generation, and per-user contribution counts. Redis as a first layer count accumulator and a write-through cache to a Postgres DB.
How does my post have two replies that I can't see, but that I *can* see a badge for?
Cooking up something silly that's been rattling around in my head for a bit now. 🧵
Intersection near my house got the community treatment recently. Really did a nice job calming the cars down. Sadly someone moved the middle cone out but the bulbout is still there.
You can tell who sampled whom on their record(s) by referencing how the feet overlap on the mosiac.
Y'all, the man from this meme NEEDS a vacation. Please, let him rest.
