can I just hype up the fact that two weeks ago, my lower back and hip hurt so bad it was debilitating, but yesterday I was able to take a gay little nature walk? I've been doing my physical therapy exercises religiously and while my back still hurt, it was manageable

today I voted in the special election and took a rain walk
spent some time cleaning up the area between the dumpster and the nearest building. it was fun and meditative and also disgusting. now the hand i used to operate the grabber tool is twitching out of control lmao but whatever, I'm glad I did it, for the planet and my community 🫡
