Saw this little guy on Thursday, hanging out on the upper deck outside the Confluence Brewing Taproom!
Storm rolling through Des Moines with constant lightning, like a strobe light. Comes with the associated constant low rumble of thunder. Crazy!
The smoke wasn't bad at all today, so was able to get a good ride in! Almost 35 miles with only a few missed turns and double-backs! Thanks to Venture Bikes Midtown for the chain lube! www.venturebikesmn.com

So does #BirdSky know if hawks have a habit of tearing the heads off young birds. I came home from work today to find two of these poor guys. I think they are young robins. We have aeen a hawk in the neighborhood. Other animals have to eat, but straight up decapitation and leaving the body is odd...

forgot to post this clip from the #SoulCoughing show on Wednesday. The band was tight but Doughty seemed to be bored or tired. Almost no inflection on the lyrics.
