Made some nice beefy Dino Bone Ribs for the 4th. They came out beautiful. Thick big juicy beef ribs! @fat-purple-dino.bsky.social is fine btw.
Smoked a picanha roast. Damn this thing was juicy as hell. Had to fight to keep the juices from spilling off the board. BTW this was after letting it rest for an hour.
Jon and I went whale watching for our anniversary last week then topped it off with some amazing burgers at Bob's Burgers (not affiliated with the show)!

My first attempt at smoked brisket. Took about 8hr from the time I put it on the smoker to when it finished resting. But it came out very tender and juicy. And I learned some lessons to make it even better next time.
Espressos have become my new morning joy. Today's drink is a White Chocolate Mocha w/ Shortbread, and Salted Caramel. Topped w/ Caramel Sauce and Whip Cream. ☕️
I don't know what annoys me more. The fact that UPS would submit this as a proof of delivery photo, or that the Amazon seller tried to use the photo as proof of delivery. The picture is so vague it could be any apt (except mine).I've gotten better proof of delivery photos from door dash.
I think I may have invalidated the warranty on these burgers by putting them in the freezer.
