This is my 80-yr-old dad. He’s still mobile, muscular and still practices media. At 80, he can still make his rounds checking on patients. They say you know how you’ll look later in life by looking at your parents! I believe I’ll be just fine. I’m nearly 60.

I’ve been intermittent fasting for years. I don’t starve myself. I’d always been morbidly obese until IF. I eat everything I want in moderation and walk 7-10k steps daily. It slowly took the weight off. I eat everyday and was finally able to get off blood pressure medicine. I regularly see my dr.

I’m posting this after a white man at work said he was shocked I have a masters degree because I’m BLACK (true statement)! I stunned him even more by saying my parents and all 7 siblings are college educated too, with my dad being a medical doctor! MAGAs truly need to be checked and humbled!
