Found some old layouts for a comic about Agrippina the Younger & Emperor Nero I had kicking around for awhile. Never quite developed further but I think about Agrippina's lost memoirs constantly now

I posted these earlier this year with a bit of a different look, but tis the spooky season at last!

12, small, black and white illustrations based on the Astrological Zodiac with a Halloween theme.

Row 1: Aquarius (a ghost dumping out a trick-or-treat bag), Pisces (a ghostly skull emerging from an open can of sardines), Aries (a ram’s head with a spirit board planchette)

Row 2: Taurus (a vampire woman wearing a bull’s mask), Gemini (two cats peering out a shattered window), Cancer (a crab holding a lollipop)

Row 3: Leo (an electrified Frankenstein lion’s head) Virgo (a witch overlooking a graveyard), Libra (a Luna moth with scales on its wings sitting on a skull)

Row 4: Scorpio (a sheet ghost but inside there’s the silhouette of a scorpion), Sagittarius (a jack-o-lantern, pierced with an arrow, sits by a gravestone), Capricorn (a goat with a fish’s skeleton seen it’s body)

Trying to finish more repeating pattern designs as of late - here's a few older ones I finally uploaded to my Spoonflower shop www.spoonflower.com/profiles/wyr...

Row 3 features spiritual objects associated with witchcraft; crystal balls, amulets, spell books, telescopes, etc, illustrated in purple and beige tones.

Row 4 features kitchen objects associated with witchcraft; kettles, frying pans, cookbooks, salt & pepper shakers, etc, illustrated in orange and beige tones.

My cat, Greg (she/her), is very happy I'm back working at my desk again! My stack of sketchbooks and planners are apparently peak luxury nap spot. I've finally started to build some drawing momentum after not drawing for a few months due to health reasons. It feels so nice!
