I'm 5'5" tall, naturally an ectomorph, and very pear shaped for reference. This is the most I've ever weighed in my entire life. It is a massive accomplishment for me. I don't feel uncomfortable and discouraged when I look at myself in the mirror anymore.

My whole garden got scorched today 😭 It was too hot for me to safely go out and move everything so RIP half of my plants. The heat index was 100 and we had a special weather warning for the humidity too. I was looking out the window at them like.
