this is typically how my durge first night goes.

Xoryth chewing on some jerky and looking haggard as shit. their body hurts all over and they dont know who they are. thinking “…guess i should check my new… associates”

gale is always just standing next to the fire so xoryth makes the mistake of talking to him first. it’s not that bad actually but this is too many words for a migraine.

astarion: You rest. I’ll keep watch.
xoryth: oh wow, thanks! (hadnt even thought about keeping watch)
maybe it’s the brain damage, but they were going to go collapse in the dirt promptly no matter what so they think its just convenient someone is taking care of that
