This is an absurd system, these hours are ridiculous. I just want public transit 😭😩😡 I don’t even understand how people afford private transportation, like surprise there’s a screw in your tire and now you need to spend ~$800 on a complete set!

In honor of me not crying while teaching, here are a couple pictures of my Dad about to burst into tears while walking me down the aisle in July.
My Dad died yesterday. At home, with his 3 kids and his wife of 52 years. Exactly where he wanted to be. I wanted to share a bit of something @mikecaulfield.bsky.social wrote to him a few days ago. I'm impossible to understand without my Dad, but especially in his approach to politics (and life).
My Dad’s Dad died when my Dad was 6. He’s a mystery to me in most ways except for the fact that I look just like him.
I really need to make it back to see my dad for as long as I possibly can.
