My tickets for the Animany con in Cologne are booked for this weekend! I'm so happy being able to meet the german voices of Ash and Misty! The voice actors will also record a message of your choice in their specific character voice. (3-4 lines max.) This comic with their voices would be awesome!

Ash and Misty are playing Super Nintendo. Ash is winning. And to distract Ash she gives him a kiss on the cheek. It works and Ash's controller falls to the ground and Misty is able to win.

I feel like Sailor Moon/ Usagi Tsukino is one if the few female manga characters that comes to mind, that she‘s stress eating. Or Misty from Pokemon and Lina from Slayers in certain situations. And also Misato from Eva. So it was rather the norm in older anime and manga.

To buy used anime DVDs go rather to Book-off stores. Mandarake is a bit all over the place: figures, doujinshi, old magazines like Animage etc, but in general I liked Osaka better for buying retro stuff.

Paris In France had a lousy Pop-up Pokemon Store, (mainly TCGs) and people went nuts over it! Now imagine a real Pokemon Center with exclusive merch like in Japan. I visited many Pokemon centers in Japan and they’re all great. They really don‘t want money. I agree… #pokemon #dolls

On left you see how I drew my character Jimmy in the year 2013 with messy medium black hair and dark eyes and a pale skin color. The style is mix of american comic and anime. In 2025 I drew him more in typical 90s anime style with a warmer color palette. His hair is dark blue and his eyes are green. His messy hair is tied back in a ponytail. His skin is slightly tanned.

Concerning the first german broadcast, some sources say 1994, others say 1995. I probably watched Lady Oscar/The Rose of Versaille around 1995, and drew even some fanarts. Unfortunately I there's no date on my older drawings. #oldart #retroanime #ladyoscar

This is an old fanart of Lady Oscar from the 1979 anime The Rose of Versailles, that I drew when I was around 9 or 10 years old in 1994 or either 1995. Today I drew my OC Sofia only with my mouse in Paint and it was not a humbling experience at all. It was really fun! After scanning my other art in the computer I also use my mouse for the coloration anyway. I don't have a tablet. Art is done with love for the craft. #humanart #oc #mouse #paint
