I, uhh, don’t think it’s supposed to do that. (This happened while tirning from Braddock onto Howard, for my local friends)
Yes although I was thinking things like this. Only 20 feet long or so, adds some greenery (though I’d make it a proper rain garden to reduce runoff)
I won’t consider this week complete until I have a chance to tell a scout that he’s “building character”. It’s coming. I can feel it.
#NowSpinning: Benny Goodman, “Swing into Spring” (1958) Mostly a compilation of material from 1941-53 released for a TV soundtrack. The title track was newly recorded in ‘58 (and featured Doc Severinson). The rare worthwhile thrift shop find for me. Mix of orchestra and small group. #jazzsky

Dog, in crate, wearing a sweater AND a coat, in front of a heating vent. Bonus in the foreground: stuffed toy abbatoir.
I’d love to know who this “top state election official” is, because this kind of coordination is in fact extremely normal.
The dog has only moved from her heated bed long enough to have breakfast and be forced outside to pee — which she did immediately after the gate. She may have the right idea.
