City of Goodlettsville has an ADU ordinance on its City Commission agenda tonight. Requires minimum lot size of 2 ACRES for ability to apply to BZA for special exception to build an ADU.
I put 11,455 miles on my car in one year. Assuming a car got 26 MPG and the TN Gas Tax is 27.4 cents per gallon, I would’ve paid $120 in gas taxes. Since I have an EV, my contribution to the highway trust fund is $200. Dang. It goes to $274 next year.

Our community is dealing with the devastation of an unprecedented winter ice storm that has left more than 200,000 people without power & no heat yet this is the crap that our local Fox affiliate that is owned by Sinclair Broadcast is posting online. And y'all wonder why "I don't talk to Sinclair?"
