Ya know what, ask me anything about Neon, it's about time yall got some info on him He's a Scrafty/Toxtricity mix. He's not like Puck so his ability doesn't grow him. Like the shirt says, he's a short fuse (he can't hide his emotions)

Purple with a yellow underside, red hair that turns blue when he's embarrassed, purple tail with a red furred tip. Looks similar to a toxtricity but he also has a scrafty hood that he puts up to hide his hair

It started with a flicker.

There was no ignoring what happened. Cars worldwide came to a halt, screens of all kinds switched to static, music faded off. You could feel the Earth holding its breath when... it appeared.

No, appeared was too human of a term.

It existed beside those it decided needed to hear this. Aviation, Naval, hospitals, daycares, schools; places like those were left out of the loop for the moment.

And then everyone it chose heard it. Wrong word again, they experienced it
