Where in the original post to which you responded did it say they “automatically” made him win? They said they helped him win, which you later admit. So what were you questioning in the first place? You seem to be arguing/questioning a point they didn’t make.
The new Ohio Higher Ed bill is, to put it mildly, ridiculous. For instance, they say they wish to avoid “silencing” opinions, but then ban discussion of certain topics. So if a student starts sharing an opinion on that topic, by law they MUST be silenced!
