That's the one! A lot of teletext artists don't like them/can't figure them out, but I tend to go mad and use them in everything 😄

Couple of years back I wrote some new software for the teletext adapter to display "databroadcast" streams, but then needed some content to transmit as an example... The obvious choice was SEA FACTS 😄 I considered also having some BEE FACTS and TEA FACTS but ran out of time/confidence in the pun 😅

Here we go, it looks like the inserter doing doing the regional Oracle magazine was repurposed for the local ancillary service, and switched over to generating magazine 6, but the contents didn't get replaced with an ITV+/Ancillary holding page immediately in Yorkshire.

We have portable ac units with hoses exactly like the ones you've made videos about in the past. They're a pain and we (currently) only need them for a couple of weeks a year. Cubes that hang in windows just don't exist here because most houses don't currently have windows they will hang in.

I suspect the reason ceiling fans aren't something that caught on in the UK is the number of ceilings they just wouldn't fit without hitting stuff

A very small bedroom with a low, partially sloping ceiling and barely room to swing a cat, let alone any fan blades.
One wall has had the wallpaper removed and the lighting makes it look like it's mouldy, but it isn't. Also that has nothing to do with ceiling fans so just ignore it.

Aha, here's some. From November 1996 with references to "Two Way TV's trial period" being extended! The rest of the stuff is multi channel TV listings, and what could be images and program code (for quizzes?)

A couple of screenshots of the control interface, which is just a webpage loaded from Henry's webserver over his wifi network, as you do 😅 All the control inputs are sent over a websocket, and battery voltages and a few other bits of state sent back.

Another successful Sunday in Hell making paper spaghetti, with my new speed control circuit finally working flawlessly. Hard to tell how good your own signal is, but it looked a lot cleaner on the waterfall of a websdr with the little changes I made to the tone generator this week.
