Trump is backing down from his 20% Strait of Hormuz fee. He now says it will be trade and investment deals from Gulf states. He cites “massive” new investments, but provides no evidence to support his claims. And, oil is not "flowing like never before." 8M barrels a day now. 20M+ before the war.
