Liberal. Economics & Business. Governance. Making the argument for Britain’s return at the heart of Europe.
On the left is one EU country, on the right is another EU country. Only the Brits preferred to build a wall with the rest of Europe and now they are complaining. And even the complaining doesn’t happen where it should ie in front of our pro Brexit governments.
Just 1 hour later, the BBC chief political editor was proved to be 100% wrong. Fire him!
When Europe is celebrating Europe’s day, BBC is crickets 🦗 When is about a Trump show; the BBC is promoting the event on its front page.
This is HS2 near London. 👇 £46 billion so far, not sure will ever be finished and bring the extra productivity we need to justify the cost.
There is no deep thinking. On the contrary. Someone please send this 👇 book to her.
Donald Tusk, as a political activist în Russian occupied Poland, was blacklisted from various jobs and was forced to do any job to survive.
Post #Brexit , hundreds of thousands of European families left Britain, including with their British born children. Moving house, job, school, country, is never easy. The impact on these families and on many others (European citizens in UK, UK citizens in Europe) can’t be properly measured. 1/

2/2 People queueing outside a grocery store in Bucharest in the 1980s 👇 A country of 20 million that can feed 80 million people didn’t have enough food…
The only way to look at the results is this: LibDems are winning and Tory losing. Have the same number of seats now, despite Tories having a 50% higher score in the polls So there is a big hole in Luke’s analysis in my view.
I like John Curtice, but #Brexit is a symptom, not a value. He should know better.
Not sure the BBC is doing a good job here. Quoting the view of an UK organisation that is opposed to the Palestinian state and as such to a continuous policy of apartheid and genocide committed by another country. How is this helping to lower the temperature?
It’s sad when we have to lose good people over Trump. She made her views clear from day 1… what a photo!!! 👇
Well, since 2020 we can’t retire to sunnier, warmer places with better food and in fact many had to return from those locations. #Brexit The graph from the article is not great but the “20“ in the middle is 2019, note the Northern Ireland uptick as they kept the rights.
The founder of this 2015 movement is now already a special adviser in No10. Just saying.
Exactly. It’s not that Italians are less Italians if they use the € … Anyway, incredible the pro Brexit people told us the British culture evolves around money …
BBC, and this time Katya Adler, doing the same thing as they did for decades: linking the EU with costs... Not with peace, not with prosperity, not with freedoms, not with a different and bright future. Nope. With costs…
Canada and Europe are neighbours. It’s a brilliant idea. If the people want to be together, let‘s embrace this project.
