EVIDENCE: Do states honestly budget for at least 17 million child separations per year? This number has hovered around 17 million since 2014.

By no means is that unusual. Children are separated from a loving responsible parent at least 17 million times per year since 2014. It's jumped to 18.5 and 18.2 in recent years. This is industrial scale child trafficking every single year for 12 years.
Look at what they expect us to do as they budget these child-parent separations for at least 17 million. That number is going up and court systems still cannot enforce parenting schedules. You're doing what with my family?

Ive monitored the U.S.Census Bureau number for this since 2014 or when I last heard my daughters voice, "get in the car daddy, get in the car, get in the car.
