Final score. Not bad for a first tournament. Some good games, hope I learn from the mistakes. Everyone was great and really friendly. Only heard one person be salty. Also the amount of people using PlayOnTablop quotes during the game was…chef kiss. #splitfiretovictory #MISSile
Round 2 Against chaos knights. Victory with 93-78. played the points and kept holding the knights up. Then Bjorn got stuck in. Once again the land raider crusader is a menace in overwatch.
First rounds loss on points. Logan Grimnar duelling the Swarmlord and dispatching it with haste, terminator captain duelling a tyrannofex to a stalemate, and the land raider crusader being an overwatch menace. On the plus side, the guy was really nice to play against and really friendly
Really nervous today about my first ever 40K tournament. Social anxiety mixed with the ever present feeling of not being good at anything.
I’m participating in my first ever Warhammer 40K tournament in July despite playing for over 20 years. I’m trying to get some games with people before hand so if you’re up the north east and play, I’d be happy to give you a game or two. On Sunday I played with my middle child at a local club.
My MIL gave us a load of blankets and this little cat has barely moved from this blanket in two days he loves it so much.

Considering playing in the North East Open over the summer. This is what I’m considering bringing (need to buy a couple of things to add to it). I need to rebase the old models and i’ve changed the weapons on the them as I can’t run things like thunder hammers on the Wolf Guard anymore.
