Went for a swim in the lake last night, the water levels really show how bad things are. I'd estimate it was about 1m below normal.

The water level is very low. In the foreground is a sun shade for the small children, this was put up originally at the water's edge. The water us another 80-100 metres away.

FEAST YOUR EYES! A piece from the wonderful @gingertotty.bsky.social for Mrs Wife's birthday. She* is absolutely overjoyed by it! Details in the alt, kids! [*Mrs Wife, though I know Amelia is pretty chuffed too]

In front of each is a label with one word. Reading, in Hungarian, "Nagyon szeretlek kedvesem" which means "My darling, I love you very much"

This is all because on the Valentine's day after we met I sent her three bouquets each with the one word card. And the orchids? I bought her orchids from Singapore for her wedding corsage.
