It has been 20 days since the hunger and labor strike was first announced at Delaney Hall. Today, Cosecha NJ shares: Dozens of women continue the relay of the labor and hunger strike saying, "We are mothers, daughters & sisters. We are people and we demand justice."

Update from Gov. Mikie Sherrill on Delaney Hall: “After being denied access for weeks, I was finally allowed into Delaney Hall - but what I received was a closely controlled and limited tour of the facility. That is unacceptable.”
After his oversight visit of Delaney Hall, Senator @kim.senate.gov shared that he was not allowed to speak to any of the detainees, adding that if he spoke to any of them, the oversight tour would be over. He also said the GEO Group official leading the tour barely answered any of his questions.

After five months in detention at Delaney Hall, Emanuel Rodrigues was freed today. Emanuel has a rare, life-threatening condition that affects his mobility. He says he took a bad fall after a guard told him he wasn't allowed to use crutches.
