Although there is much I am disappointed about in yesterday's election, this chart will live forever in my heart as the funniest goddamned thing that couldn't have happened to a more deserving bunch of weenie losers. Whenever I'm feeling down I just look at it and it cheers me right up.

I may have done it backwards.

This section, from the "Considerations" section, makes clear to me that this is about a "campaign", i.e. advertising, distribution, etc., and not eligibility. I wouldn't put anything past the provinces, but I think that headline you linked is misinterpreting NACI's document.

Well, first, that good information is hard to find on this topic. I was only able to find 4 papers that even came close to addressing it.

Second, that while you are recovering from COVID, your RATs will become negative as you become less contagious, but the two things won't necessarily perfectly line up. This is why some of us prefer to see two negative tests on consecutive days.

Third, that positive RATs are _possible_ once you are no longer contagious, so, narrowly, that claim is true.

And, finally, that positive RATs in a non-contagious person are pretty rare and not likely to persist for long.

I'm not a doctor, obviously, but my reading of all this is that RATs are the best tool we have for deciding when to leave isolation, and that ignoring a positive RAT just because it's been a certain number of days since you got sick puts others at risk."
