fuck it, i made a forum post on the discord support site. it's much too long to fit the entire thing in a single alt text, so forgive me for splitting it between three identical images of the post. Discord is holding my account hostage because of THEIR OWN SUPPORT TEAM'S MISTAKE.

The last couple months have been repeated nail after nail in the coffin that was my patience for this company and it's absolutely godawful support system. The TL;DR of everything leading up to the current situation is the following sequence of events:
- My account was hacked. The hacker set up a phony Support account using my email to prevent me from submitting a ticket properly.
- I make a ticket about all that on a Support account with an alternative email.
- I get a few responses from the support bots, and then nothing happens for multiple weeks.
- I reach out on Twitter and they help me get access to the Support account that was fraudulently using my email.
- I make a ticket about my compromised account on THAT Support account.
- I get my account back after nearly a month of it being compromised.
Sounds like a good resolution right? All hunky dory? How I wish that were the case. About 3 weeks later, after I'd been having no issues whatsoever since recovering my account(s), I'm suddenly logged out on all devices. I received no emails about account information being changed or updated, no security notifications from Discord or anything like that, until I see an email about an update to a support ticket.

Apparently, despite me referencing the various ticket numbers across each one, they just never closed the original ticket I'd made when everything was resolved, and now out of nowhere somebody (or something, since it was probably another one of their useless support bots) decided to look at that ticket and do something with it. Unfortunately for me, that something was completely removing my phone number and email from the account and giving me absolutely no way to reset or dispute that information.

i've been unable to claim channel points on any twitch channel, claim twitch drops, or follow new twitch accounts for like the last week (maybe longer). i've uninstalled EVERY extension i have related to twitch. still nothing. so i try logging out and logging back in and...
