Proud I baked this monster at the weekend for my niece's garden party. Lemon and pistachio cake.
Thankful to see no Reform reps at community events spoiling the fun. Yesterday in Westgate Oxford, Sol Samba, Brazilian inspired band and dancers entertained Saturday afternoon crowd with infectious, toe tapping rhythms for Sobell House.
Blackwells is in my home town. It's excellent, and I enjoy browsing there. View from outside Blackwell Oxford.
They are glorious. Have some in my front garden - hyacinths more likely, but we call them bluebells. Don't stop the bluebells!
900 year old yew tree in Iffley Churchyard, Oxford, in good health for its age.
@wulfhelm.bsky.social Here's a picture of a rather magnificient Giant Japanese Spider Crab I took for you in @morethanadodo.bsky.social on Saturday. It is as found 100 years ago. Was dancing next to T-rex with #mumocreative.

For those writing negatively on Labour, write positively, too. Good news re Best Start, restoring Sure Staff which the tories destroyed. Here's your starter list @sjwrenlewis.bsky.social
Einstein's blackboard - sort of. Fascinating morning in Museum of History of Science in Oxford with #MuMo for a dance workshop @bodleianlibs in July. Einstein's original equation was rubbed out, but magically restored.
Here's a telling graph on GB Councils. Where's Reform? Magnifying glass, please.
Are you going to ban this? Pride on high on the High? Argue with Oxford University over it.
Very nice lunch with fresh vegetables at the Vaults and Garden, Oxford. And the sun is shining!
