Recovered and ready for another 300+ pages of solid trauma? @leedeetee.bsky.social
Got to admire the brass balls at Forest. Villa did everything they could to engineer a relegation crisis and they’ve heavily rotated the team anyway - though I do wonder if the owner has had his say. Not my favourite club, but I hope they stuff Villa on Thursday.* *After losing heavily today.
The driver in front of ours has had a bit of a mare in the tight Wembley coach park…
Taken my collection of cinema quad posters up to around a dozen… despite having only two frames and no remaining wall space. Anyone fancy buying me a bigger place?
If he fails and I’m stuck in the coach I’m finding something for the Kindle in case I want to deny the existence of LUFC again. Southampton was so bad last time, I spent the whole of Bank Holiday Monday on the sofa with the blinds down, reading this from cover to cover.
I guessed it’d be this way when I logged on at 3pm on Wednesday and took one of the remaining two £70 lower tier tickets that were unclaimed. Could cost him £280 if he gets ‘lucky’ with two middle tier tickets. I’ll settle for this. 👌🏼
Short of laying in the middle of a fairly busy road to get the lower angle perspective (and the ice cream van undermining the vibe), I think this turned out pretty well. Finding a white VW Beetle handily parked up always felt like a stretch…
It’s been an Adéle Exarchopolous week. Still to see her appear in a bad film… #LastFourWatched
Received a text from a mate who’s just seen the 28 Years Later sequel, eulogising about the greatest ever use of Duran Duran in a film. Frankly, I’m doubting his commitment to Sparkle Motion…
Cineworld’s attitude towards anything not orientated to reel in the popcorn munchers means a undesirable early Sunday start…
She’s just proudly had an early evening poo and is chancing her arm on the sofa. I’m calling her exit by 5.35.
On reflection I can appreciate why I might struggle with my resolve to watch more ‘unmissable’ TV dramas in 2026.
Just checked y Letterboxd stats for the first time in a while. Seeing I’m so close to the required rate, I’d best aim for a film a day in 2025…
What a traumatic read. A remarkably courageous and resilient woman who suffered unspeakable horrors long before Epstein even came along and devoted much of her final decade reliving them, time after time, in search of justice. At least she lived to see Maxwell imprisoned. Release those files.
