Ok this is crazy. And sad. Oklahoma Today has been the official state magazine for 70 years, and it’s a gem.

A letter that says:

Dear Oklahoma Today Subscriber, Due to increasing printing and production costs that greatly outweigh the revenue generated by the magazine, the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department has made the decision to discontinue the production and printing of Oklahoma Today after the November/December 2026
issue.

All Oklahoma Today staff will remain with the agency and continue sup- porting Oklahoma's tourism industry through expanded communications, marketing, storytelling, and content creation efforts across the Travel & Promotion Division.

If you currently receive the magazine and your subscription expires before the end of 2026, but you'd like to ensure you receive the final issues, please visit BackIssues.OklahomaToday.com to order the individual copies you'll need.
