Specific artists or brands never want to cop to it, but lots of agencies and social media marketing platforms, maybe even the majority. They promise to get followers, likes, and views, and the only way to deliver that is bots or paying accounts. Image below is a low-rent agency, but this is common.

No, they're not. Hard to find stats nationwide, but Spanish immersion in the Bay Area in particular has above-average latino enrollment. Some of that are kids in English-speaking family who want to learn Spanish to talk to grandparents, others are Spanish-speakers learning English half the day.
