Perfect bike evening. I waited a really long time (about a decade) to upgrade my bike situation and it's been such a gift.

Dear Councilmember Whiting,

I'm writing as your constituent to urge you to vote "No" on the Skydio pilot in North Minneapolis.

The drones represent a dangerous and deeply anti-democratic form of surveillance over residents, and an enormous risk to everyone's privacy. Additionally, even during the proposed pilot, there is no transparency into how the images and data collected will be used, stored, and retained, or how people's privacy will be protected - either by the city or the company behind the technology. This only further erodes trust and undermines any efforts towards true public safety and police accountability.

I will be following this issue closely, and hope to see you stand up for your residents tomorrow and vote "No."

Today's MPLS public transit route to work downtown included a quick bus ride to the light rail station, and then the light rail the rest of the way. Unapologetic light rail enthusiast!!! A fast, clean, quiet ride, as we pass all the traffic we're *not* stuck in, plus a scenic tour of downtown.

Today's joy in Minneapolis - Reverie has an incredible, beautiful pride vegan burger.

This picture, taken after Natanyahu's arrest warrant for crimes against humanity, told me everything I needed to know about @klobuchar.senate.gov. Look at those charges! And she stood by him and smiled. She is not qualified for public office.

If you need some good news - Today I saw a tiger moth so beautiful I gasped. If someone with knowledge of moths knows exactly what type of tiger moth this is, I'd love more certainty than just from my online search.
