I am deeply uncomfortable with directly tying everyone's chances of surviving an encounter with LE to the average LEOs internal sense of self worth/ability to be in public without thinking they are in Fallujia.

I dislike PAOs penchant for using a lot of words to say nothing. Show me how it's wrong. Dont just tell me it's wrong. giving me the manual and saying it says something doesn't prove any thing. SHOW me the change and how it isn't what's being portrayed.
