Les zones affectées par les #incendies de la forêt de #Fontainebleau (feux des 3 Pignons et de la Faisanderie) sont très visibles – en brun et rouge sombre – sur l'image satellitaire Sentinel2 (@esa.int @copernicusland.bsky.social) du 20 Juillet 2026. ⚒️ 🧪

The emblematic #Fontainebleau forest is burning. The #wildfire in the 3 Pignons forest (western Fontainebleau) produced a smoke plume clearly visible in satellite imagery yesterday evening 👇. I'm leaving there 😢 We are in a #climate emergency. Severe #drought and #heatwave over most of France. ⚒️ 🧪

Can you see the anomaly 👇 ? On temperature forecasts for Tuesday France has same colour than the belt of deserts in Africa and Arabia. Not normal. We are in a #climate emergency. And our politics are denying or minimising the problem because "it's the economy, stupid", to enrich the rich ☠️

Oui, une telle chose est urgente.

Je crois que l’Europe est bien plus forte que les États-Unis et que leurs dirigeants ne le pensent ; mais encore faut-il avoir le courage de voir ce qui se présente face à nous. Les dirigeants européens semblent continuer à croire qu’on pourrait « raisonner » Trump, comme s’il s’agissait d’un interlocuteur classique. C’est une erreur qui nous prive d’une possibilité de sursaut historique.

Au contraire, il faut lui poser des interdits avec force. Et il cédera car il ne cède qu’à la puissance — d’où qu’elle vienne et pas seulement à la puissance militaire, dictatoriale ou financière. Le drame, c’est que beaucoup préfèrent céder au délire de Trump, en le croyant le plus fort plutôt que de devenir responsables de leur destin.
