A person’s rights stop where another person starts. There are no women’s rights without trans women’s rights. Women’s toilets are PUBLIC toilets and cis women cannot exclude trans women from them.
No amount of discrimination, bigotry, hatred, homophobia, and transphobia is going to protect women from cis men who commit 98.9% of all SA’s because they are your husband’s, pastors and priests, police, judges, teachers, coaches, et cetera. They don’t need to put on dresses and enter women’s toilets to do this. They do it with impunity, at home, at school, in the workplace, in jails and prisons, in hospitals and dentist offices, in the back of taxis, et cetera.
