Tonight: making challah (for the first time!) and spending time with Ned on the deck. It doesn't look like it in this pic, but the deck is Ned's favorite place. Been on a writing hiatus with some freelance editing work, but I'm hoping to start writing again on Monday. 💖 #scriptsky
Thanks for a great time, Chicago. 🥰 Peacing out for now, but I'm sure we'll be back.
Ate a brownie from the place where brownies were invented?! Like, WHAT IS LIFE? We also visited the bean with some beans. 😂 #scriptsky
Visited the Willis* Tower today, but the wildfire smoke was so thick that we initially thought it was frosted glass. (*Sears) #scriptsky
Stitches out! Celebrating at Norms. I'm on the mend and on the loose! #scriptsky
Now watching... Glitter & Gold. Because apparently I'm still not over Chock and Bates' performance at the Olympics. #scriptsky
So, we added to our future travels and drew a new location! Connecticut, here we come!
When we got married we made an adventure box. "What's an adventure box?" Glad you asked! 😂 It's a box with a bunch of destinations written on note cards and sealed in envelopes. Previous adventures include Iceland, the Grand Canyon, Boston, and going on every ride at Disneyland.
Received the best surprise from @leahfromsd.bsky.social today! These flowers are absolutely stunning. Leah, you are thoughtful and generous and I feel so loved. Thank you so much! I hope I can hug you in person soon (maybe AFF?). #scriptsky
I've struggled with writing for a long time now. The pain from occipital neuralgia was unrelenting. It stopped me from doing everything I loved. So, this was me yesterday, pre-op in a heated gown (inflated with warm air! I want one). After years of pain, I'm already feeling better. #scriptsky
Just got the laurel in my email and I'm feeling the love. 🥰 #scriptsky #filmsky
Sometimes I just need to rewatch National Treasure with a PB&J. Like a GROWN UP.
The peanut butter cake was a hit! And now it's time for a little cake coma.
OMG I love this newsletter from @leahfromsd.bsky.social! Stickers and a bookmark?! I feel so spoiled! 🥰 #scriptsky
Just finished reading Yesteryear. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Can't wait for the for the adaptation.
Absolutely thrilled to announce that my 60-minute horror pilot, Cultivation, is a second rounder in the ISA Diversity Initiative! #scriptsky
Sat outside in a tank top (it's 80f!) with some gorgeous flowers and good coffee. I love being an Angeleno.
Oooh this is fun! Cultivation: Gilmore Girls devolves into Hereditary.
One time I went to a self development conference for women. At the end, there was a costumed dance with a "sheros" theme. I dressed as Grace Hart. ONE person knew who I was... #MissCongeniality
Happy Earth Day! NASA created a tool so that you can spell out your name with satellite images. science.nasa.gov/specials/you...
Records indicate that the film was exhibited in Oregon and the UK between 1912 and 1913. All copies of the film are now considered lost.
Catherine Harbeck, the filmmaker’s widow, attempted to retain the rights to the film with a lawsuit. Ultimately, she settled, losing the rights to Charles Wynard and George Hamilton.
Harbeck’s body was later recovered from the wreckage, and the negatives were lost. However, copies of the film were soon discovered in Seattle.
Round-Up, Pendleton, Oregon, was filmed from September 14 to September 16, 1911. Its filmmaker, W. H. In 1912, Harbeck booked passage on the Titanic with the negatives.
