I grow almost everything in pots ... gophers trained me good. Even in an apt., with good light from a window can grow quite a bit. Good for the mind & oxygen level too!

Swiss Chard has been a real producer this year in our climate. The long stems too were delicious. I do braise/steam them a bit, and put butter or olive oil if cold. Not sure about raw. Now looking forward to fermented green tomato pickles!
Bean, caramelized onions/peppers/meat burritos w/sour cream. Big salad. Mostly outside watering to keep the growing going. Starting to pick tomatoes. Squirrels and bugs got the cukes. 🤨 Flowers kicking butt. Trying to beat heat. Turned officially 80. Sad/yet glad considering alternative! Take care.
