Today we had the privilege of seeing Adrien become a British Citizen. He was born in a refugee camp i Tanzania, his family had fled from Congo. His parents were in that camp for 12 years before coming to Britain. Adrien is in 2nd year of a degree. He wants to be a Doctor. Such an honour.
A good result! Toby our black Cocker had 5 fits over 4 days as soon as we got back from Cornwall. He has been for MRI and other things at Runcorn today - found nothing nasty. They say that the fits are distressing but not painful. They are waiting bloods. Pick him up tomorrow am.

How it was, and now. The first time we have invested ourselves in a garden out of 23 previous. 18 months of clearing and getting nowhere and then a cancelled 2 week Cornwall holiday due to Covid restrictions.

This little fellow has just flown and crashed into the window.... I am hoping he will fly off when ready.
Banksy is so good! "Banksy podcaster Peak added: "It's really clever. It captures a very precise moment in time, which most statues never manage to do, where the flag's kind of blinding this puffed up, besuited leader who's about to step off a precipice and look very silly indeed."
NTC, Manchester is a special place. My wife was there from 2001-05 and I was there from 2004-08. We both studied Theology & Pastoral Studies there. This is where I learned how to learn, not just academically.... true education.
