Rune Ulbricht, but in color

Rune Ulbricht

He and Alexander have jobs as instructors at the Academy of Stella Lucida. How they teach is different though.

Both are Luminarks, specializing in their own type of Expression. Alexander expresses magic through Incantations, while Rune expresses magic through Inscriptions, such as runes and magic circles

Rune Ulbricht I'll finish this tomorrow

A sketch of Rune Ulbricht, a cervidae beastman who works as an instructor at the Academy of Stella Lucida alongside Alexander. He is the adoptive father of Runa Ulbricht.

He and Alexander were childhood friends, and had a brother-like bond. He sometimes brings Runa over to play with Grayson, with the two children becoming quick friends.

Yggdrasill, another of the Arkir I wanted to try sketching them since I haven't in a long while. At first I didn't have a name for them haha

A sketch of Yggdrasill, Arkir of the Nine Worlds. Their soul form serves as a ferryman for the deceased, in the form of a giant crow with antlers, two sets of wings, and whiskers. Their physical form is the world tree named after themselves, which houses the Nine Worlds.

Soul Fracture

The potential end result of extreme spiritual trauma, if death does not occur first. It's much more likely to occur with children than adults due to their still developing soul. But even so, the condition is rare.

Angus, Alastair, Cupid, and Fenrir are not just aspects of Chester's mind and personality, but actual individual souls with their own desires and dreams. Real individuals, born from one soul, so to speak. This manifests physically as a "split personality", though due to the spiritual nature it is as complicated as it is in real life.

Split Souls can be archetypal in nature. Alastair embodies Chester's inner Good and Wisdom conceptually, manifesting as an entity identical to Chester in appearance, though with changes such as white hair, golden eyes, a halo and three sets of angelic wings.

In order for Soul Fracture to be cured, the original (in this case, Chester's) soul must absorb the others. This results in the other souls losing their individuality and consciousness, becoming a part of the original once again. However, as these souls are their own living beings, to the original and the split souls it can be extremely distressing.

The manipulation of one's Twilight Energy becomes disrupted greatly, as each soul has their own proficiency.

Angus Svartúlfsson sketch I'll make a diagram on a certain condition known as Soul Fracture, which essentially explains the existence of characters like Angus, Alastair, Cupid, and Fenrir. Also, originally Chester's last name was Vermillion, but I changed it to Svartúlfsson awhile ago.
