A formal-ish business party consisting of Metem, Godbert Manderville, and some of the Arcadion fighters is underway. Metem and Vamp Fatale gab with Godbert as the most outspoken personalities present, while Tyrant appears less confident than his stage persona would suggest, though Vamp offers him a friendly hand to soothe his nerves. Howling Blade and Dancing Green listen attentively as well.

Out of the corner of her eye, Green sees Sugar is quiet and disconnected from the rest of the party.

Having left a bit early, Green and Sugar opt to find an alleyway and destress with some "problematic vices"; Green puffs on a cigarette and watches with a smile as Sugar shakes a spray paint can, preparing to leave a painting.

A mailmoogle floats, asking Zenos questions very nervously.

Delivery Moogle: B-but, but Mr. Harlean prince...lord...person, uhm-I thought that you hated the Warrior of Light. Why in the world would you want me to bring her a handwritten letter, kupo?"

Zenos answers, frank as ever.

Zenos: "I've no interest in divulging to you the nature of my message, nor my relation with the recipient. Deliver the letter in no less than blemishless, unopened quality."

Zenos: "Or would you rather I forgo an envelope and use your piddling little carcass as a satchel for my letter to carry it instead...? It would certainly make its message more clear."

The moogle zooms away, frantically squawking his answer.

Assumedly taking place after the Culinarian quests, Mokutan and Bakool Ja Ja both partake in some delicious Boonewa Soda, over an exchange that leaves Xeerol Ja's heart fluttering.

Mighty: "Say, I've always wondered something. What does a 'wildberry' look like? All sorts of drinks use them, but I've never seen one myself."
Mokutan: "It just means assorted berries you find in the wild, you big dummy."
Mighty: "Really?? Huh...you learn something new every day."

Mokutan turns to give her thanks to Xeerol Ja, having become extremely fond of her in the time they spent together. The Boonewa woman looks even more flustered now, wringing her hands nervously.
