Saying this because I've seen it more than once in the #food tube space recently, & we don't really want to be adding any additional food safety issues to salad at this time: Don't have to manhandle your salad to toss it; salad tongs are a thing, and they're different from grilling tongs~

Excerpt from Liven article "Types of Procrastination: How to Break the Vicious Cycle?" that reads: Pattern: The Defier procrastinates as a form of resistance to control, expectations, or imposed structure. They delay or reject tasks that feel forced, using procrastination to reclaim autonomy, even when it hurts their own goals.

Root cause: This behavior often arises from a deep need for independence or past experiences with rigid authority. Tasks tied to external pressure or rules can trigger rebellion. Underneath the defiance is often a desire for freedom and self-expression.

Everyday example: Your manager assigns a report due Friday. You know it’s important, but you can’t stand being told how or when to do it — so you delay until the last minute, feeling both defiant and guilty.

How to manage:

1. Reclaim ownership. Reframe the task as a choice rather than an obligation: “I choose to finish this so I can free up my weekend.”
2. Inject autonomy and creativity. Adjust the process: pick your own approach, set your own schedule, or personalize how the task gets done.

Reflection prompt: “What would completing this task on my own terms look like?”

Learning about procrastination, and many resources frame defiers as petulantly rebellious. However, reading the description, I see so many wives, mothers, guardians saddled with the bulk of domestic labor for decades, only to find the freedom of choice in the late years of their life. 1/2

From the article "Types of Procrastination: The 6 Procrastination Types & How to Stop Them", the excerpt reads: The defiers have a tendency to view life from the perspective of what other people want or need them to do, rather than what they themselves would want or want to do. This means that they often procrastinate as a way of challenging authority and are pessimistic about completing tasks This leads to unmotivated behaviors and, ultimately, procrastination.

Defiers can deal with procrastination by looking for internal motivators and utilizing productivity tools to make jobs simpler and more approachable.

Running #Firefox on certain devices where the right-click menu loads a lsluggish & am SUPER tired of misclicking as the "ask an AI chatbot" shoves itself into the interface. If you're not keen on having it in your menu, this is the fix. If it works for you, please 👍 it at the link below as thnx 😃.

Forum answer from support.mozilla.org that specifies how to remove "ask an AI chatbot" from the right-click menu. From user rebesbrasil, posted August 25th, 2025, at 10:31 AM, it reads: For now you can turn it off in `about:config` by setting `browser.ml.chat.menu => false` . The option to mark the answer as "helpful" by either clicking a thumbs-up or thumbs-down follows is at the bottom.

The Robin Williams article from IGN is such engagement clickbait: The co-star is neither Sally Fields nor Pierce Brosnan; so, do most of us care about whatever remaining D-lister is saying provocative things, looking for relevance in the moment? No. Don't engage. Don't feed the fishing expedition.

P.S. Honestly, a simple typography promo can be just as impactful as full-scale illustration as long as it's done in a conscientious way. An example that always immediately comes to mind of iconic simplicity in promo is Airdorf Games' "Faith." Do you even have to ask if it's horror?

This might sound a bit weird; but, if you ever come across the Rain-X wipes single packs, get a few to hand out alongside the tip. They shouldn't cost more than a couple of bucks apiece. Oftentimes, when working delivery, rain's mostly bad because of visibility, and Rain-X is such a game changer.
