Tried for under 30 min on a treadmill 5K but my heart couldn't keep up. Still I guess 32 mins isn't too bad for someone who doesn't run regularly.
Tempted to turn my little shelf into a little Model Railway diorama. Could do a nice little branch line station?

Got to Ealing Broadway early so got an earlier train to West Drayton only to tap out and tap back in - all in order to save 90p.
Went for a wade into the Irish Sea. It was very cold. Only just got the feeling in my toes back.
Took a chance and ordered some new underwear and a t-shirt and it has arrived in this fancy box! Might have to post a thirst trap in them I guess...
