Oh, thanks, I actually already know the solution to this one and you won't believe how easy it is
Beach trip was cancelled this weekend due to rain so instead I spent two days making brioche and i'm so pleased with the results
i don't remember a lot of the plot other than the genders but here's my summary of this novel from the time lmfao
it's called X-Men: Dark Mirror and there is SO much gender going on in there
I forgot halfway through character creation whether I'd chosen male or female elf and ended up with the most nonbinary bitch of all time
Kind of obsessed with the Wikipedia image for malayotyphlops ruficauda, the red-tailed blind snake, which appears to be a postage stamp from the Philippines. Look at that font!
me every time i make genuinely serious emotional posts about cumplane
Book rec I GUESS in that if you like me are a person who has trouble feeling and experiencing anger, this book will make you absolutely furious. I'm 2/3rds of the way through it sitting at the bar just absolutely spitting mad at every single person involved in private equity
Anyway I need a version of this that's like. I hate copaganda. the grip the crime genre has on the American imagination has normalized paranoid racism, ableism, and authoritarianism. but I love when a charismatic busybody solves a murder in a charming seaside town full of intricate family drama
Lmfao bots trying to network with me on my cumplane fic where airplane is trans deadbeat dad (recovering)... of all places....
to clarify. technically jake / jacqueline can transgender themself at will, because his mutant power is that he's a (very inconvenient) shapeshifter. however. she then just gets stuck like this and is a hot girl forever. and it is implied she's stuck bc she Wants to be
gambit is really gay for this guy even before he gets hit by the transgenderism beam btw
Took a break from simultaneously trying to do my homework, apply for scholarships, and do my job to build a snowman (well, a snowbear) with my beautiful wife @aasterisms.bsky.social. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Look at him
This a CAT checkpoint. Show me the most recent cat image on your phone.
Today is the first time the stew has been undisturbed (other than stirring it occasionally and adding water so it wouldn't evaporate too much) for longer than 12 hours. I have to say, something about leaving it for that long is unsettling, but it still tastes pretty good (after I salted it a bit).
Day 29, 30, and 31: I have been falling down in my stew documentation but we have continued and she is beautiful. Today is the LAST DAY OF STEW... except we're enjoying it so much that it's not. My wife and I have decided that we'll continue the stew!
