Final order for Queer Bookfair arrived; bookmarks, lovingly packaged by a company I'd happily use again; should I meet 200 people at events wanting these 😆 Its been great having the spoons to fully prepare for this event, down to buying a trolley that fits my book boxes & doubles as a mobility aid.
Many of us had to figure out our own queer/ neurodivergent identities, and or how to manage our disability(s). I figured its time we had a book bundle in which characters do that, by authors on the same journey(s). So I organised this fantasy & multi-genre bundle. 🌈📚🧠📚🪐 itch.io/b/3781/figur...

There's an icy breeze blowing across my deck (by Aussie standards, its still above 0 centigrade 😉). But I can't not sit outside on a winter's day like this. The sun should be across the deck in another hour and I hope to get some writing done before the temperature drops around 3.30-4pm.

Had a lovely afternoon with my mum at Barwon Mansion today (near Geelong). It was built in 1869-71, by an enterprising squatter. Sounds like his wife did what she wanted in designing the place, and enjoyed it for decades, living to the age of 90. She had gorgeous furniture!
