Thankful for a chill Thanksgiving on Tybee Island. We went to a sports bar to eat before we combed the beaches for shells and watched this dolphin for hours. Happy day of gratitude to you all!

Can you spot it? I watched this majestic Great White Egret perch on top of the Loblolly and waited way too long to snap a pic or video of it flying off. Then, the dog came out and tried to pee on my Date Palm and as I looked up, there it was, flying away 😭
SUPER GORGEOUS!! Saw a Black Swallowtail here the other day! Found this guy (deceased 😢) yesterday. GA nature is cool. I’m so used to CO/WY/western stuff. I’m like a kid in a candy store in outer space hete!

Apparently this grass (pretty new sod) loves dog pee 🤪 One neighbor has green spots. Other neighbor does not. Guess who doesn’t have dogs.
One day I will get a better picture of these Black-bellied Whistling Ducks. They are so pretty and they sound pike squeaky toys 😹
Not too bad of a view! Grateful for the fence as there are gators behind us. Anyone have success with diatomaceous earth to keep bugs down??
