We had already left YYZ when we recent the vouchers. We needed dinner. Were we supposed to take the annoying shuttle back to YYZ, then back to the lousy hotel? The food options before security look spectacular for dinner. /s
Every time I'm in Banff Town Site, which is at least 10x per year, and likely more, I see a tea shop that always makes me think of our treasured ceramic duck. AKA @chemjobber.bsky.social Jolene's Tea House. As Deadpool would say: 'Hit it, Dolly'. That was 9 to 5, but still Dolly. Awesome person.
What's missing from this photo? The inflatable mattress (very good quality, so no complaints about the mattress). The complaint is about being relegated to the living room. Nearly 6 months with that mattress in this location. Holy hell. What an epically weird journey.
I've had worse. Both massively below and higher. Not bad enough to go to urgent care, but this is really annoying. Especially a few weeks *after* stopping my med for high blood pressure.
