It was great to take part at @unitetheunion.bsky.social rally today opposing NHS job cuts and redundancies. The NHS ALREADY has 100k+ vacancies, putting huge pressure on patients and workers. Cutting yet more staff is completely nonsensical - and will be highly damaging.
