Adam Buxton also isn't outside the realm of possibility for mistaken identity.
I strongly suspect that the Carls are going to put up scaffolding all the way across. Someone in the crowd said this would be done for safety reasons (e.g., give them the things they need to clip to).
Extreme close-up on C-SPAN lady again. Now back to normal zoom. She is back on the screen, framed by the Carls on multiple levels of scaffolding.
Ok, decision time from the Carls: Do they need more scaffolding, or is it time to pull letters? Carl (sitting) is pondering deep philosophical questions.

While I appreciate the symmetry, I feel that if the whole thing had been set up moved one section left, they could already be pulling letters.

I won't like, I think they need slightly more scaffolding than they currently have up. To get the "THE DO".
