IMO the conferences show that English is very good. Dr Bisht probably shares the Twitter account with someone less proficient or just writes sloppily. Interesting about her languages is that she doesn't list Russian on her LinkedIn page, but seems to have at least some level of command.

Spotted another interesting claimed Paul E Vallely's shadowy Trump interaction. At the July 2025 Cambridge conference ,Thierry Lauren Pellet claims Vallely soured Trump-Poroshenko relationship after Vallely gave Trump "info" regarding Ukraine as the source of North Korean ICBM advancements.

"K26 Publications" was apparently supposed to be Deepti Bisht's "academic journal"( web.archive.org/web/20250417...) in connection her Cambridge conferences but it's now used in connection to publication of these fake intel reports that Lucky airs.

The arrest was allegedly a joint-operation of Russian and Indian security services. The presented material is propagandistic expose of the arrested, including passport and phone numbers. Deepti Bisht's Ground Data & UNIT is credited as well as "UKR Leaks" telegram channel.

There is also interesting document related to conspiracies she pushes, in effect suggesting for example that UNIT shared info about the Trump SAS assassination plot e.g. with Kash Patel when Patel visited London in 2025.

At the end of the May 2025 conference, Deepti Bisht revealed that she is being investigated by British security services for being a Russian agent, to sabotage her diplomatic efforts to bring eminent people in various counties for peace dialogue. And she didn't even deny being a Russian agent.

But who is Dr Bisht? In the PIA Peace Summit video description she is presented also as "Captain Bisht". The captain title is later added to the GHCPRU LTD filings as well. We'll return to her possible mil background later, but for day job she has background in geology with PhD from Cambridge.

In now deleted interview with Mike Flynn (clip from x.com/jimstewartso...), Vallely says being one of the people trying push Trump to declare martial law during January 6th, and berates Mike Pence as "Brutus".

Another example for his diplomatic work, is that there seems to be a rumour in the Right Wing circles that Vallely had some role in the football exchange that happened in the infamous 2018 Helsinki meeting. When Vallely was asked about it, he didn't want to talk about it.

The first meeting between Trump and Putin was in July 2017 in the G20 meeting. I can't find any support for Vallely's claims of him and/or Bogdanov having a role in the meeting set up. But he has repeated the claim, in effect painting himself as a kind of behind-the-scenes diplomatic fixer.

In fact, in 2022 Vallely claimed he and Bogdanov set up the first meeting with Trump and Putin in March 2017, and later tried to engineer another "Gorbachev-Reagan" type of meeting but it got derailed by "Russian hoax" & Russia demonization .

Bogdanov remained Vallely's Russia contact, and was likely involved in Vallely's Flynn contact too(although FOIA emails don't name him) for Bogdanov was still in charge of Syria affairs in Nov 2016 when he told press they have been contacting Trump campaign on Syria www.voanews.com/a/trump-russ...
