Looking directly at an eclipse without the right protection can cause permanent damage to your eyesight without causing any pain, so you might not realise the damage until it's too late. So remember these tips to look after your sight and enjoy the spectacle tonight!

We had a great visit to Loch Lomond and The Trossachs last week! A hands-on nature session at Balmaha Visitor Centre, then a guided walk through Cashel Forest learning about trees, plants and wildlife. A bit dreich, but a brilliant day! Thanks to the rangers for making the day so welcoming.
We're coming to Greenock and Ayr! Whether you want to try out new technology or connect with local support, everyone is welcome along to Vision Zone. Find us 11am - 2pm at Broomhill Gardens and Community Hub in Greenock on 30 June, and at The Cutty Sark in Ayr, on 1 July.
