I have made some of my own designs as well though :)

You can probably recognise a few ideas in my house. I loved your old hob that had the undermine fencepost coming from the ceiling, and the third pick was from when I tried to replicate your lovely shelving stairs but decided I could never afford the resonance crystals for it xD

Hannah Spencer was also personally asked by a constituent who's sister was a victim of grooming gangs to attend the discussion on child abuse. Really can't fault her for going to that discussion and speaking for that constituent.

As has been raised, why were those women and girls never believed? I have a constituent whose sister was a victim of grooming gangs and tragically died from HIV contracted as a result of that abuse. Another constituent wanted me to be here today because all too often this conversation is dominated by men. The women who were sexually abused and exploited as children by grooming gangs deserve to have their voices heard.

Streeting has said he's made a "principled decision" to not start the leadership bid just yet. Others tell a different story 🤣

Wes Streeting is unlikely to be on Keir Starmer’s Christmas card list for some time. This is what a Starmer ally has told me: "Wes has failed the most basic rule of politics: he can’t count.

"He never had the numbers. We counted and counted and counted and recounted. The highest number we got for Wes was 44.

"We could not see how he could get higher than that. We knew that, Wes will have known that. So all that stuff from Wes about how he is resigning in the party interest to allow a broad debate is a load of old guff. He never had the numbers.

Number 10 reported how Starmer opened the meeting. BBC summed it up as him saying "Come and have a go if you think your hard enough." Feels less tough guy and more stubborn prick.

"As I said yesterday, I take responsibility for these election results and I take responsibility for delivering the change we promised.

"The past 48 hours have been destabilising for government and that has a real economic cost for our country and for families.

"The Labour Party has a process for challenging a leader and that has not been triggered.

"The country expects us to get on with governing. That is what I am doing and what we must do as a cabinet."

Interesting slide from an NHS ai network discussion. Looking into implementing AI into the NHS, staff aren't using it, don't know how to use it, have to spend their time double checking and correcting when they do use it, and there is no guidance around how they should be using it.

Fundamentally any review devoid of lived experience is going to do a piss poor job. Look at the lovely long list of names that will be part of the board to provide oversight. Anything missing?

Recommendation 18
NHS England should establish a National Adult Gender Dysphoria Board to provide oversight and assurance for the whole healthcare system service response and improvement needed, ensuring these services meet the standards expected of other NHS services.

Representation from the NHS England, relevant royal colleges, the ICB community and the VCSE sector will be required.

The board should oversee the delivery of a national implementation plan and adapt oversight mechanisms to align with evolving national commissioning arrangements.

Requiring new assessments whenever "Biopsychosocial circumstances" change won't help speed up referrals.

Recommendation 12

NHS England and the National Quality Improvement Programme for Adult Gender services should work with the adult GDCs to oversee the development of:

a standardised biopsychosocial assessment framework for use across all GDCs with new patients or when biopsychosocial circumstances change
a national complexity measure for all GDCs that supports understanding of the impact of any co-occurring conditions. The measure must be able to identify patient needs and required support as well as identify patients’ subgroups to inform future national audits
The future new national specification should mandate use of both the biopsychosocial framework and the complexity measure in patient assessment.

I wouldn't put too much stock in the Levy Review stating it wants to acheive good results. For istance, it says it is hoping to reduce waiting times, but will the recommendations actually do that? Removing the ability to self-refer won't do that.

Hard to believe when there is already light and void items tied to the epic edition as well as character portraits? How are they not tied to class fantasy or thematically important?

Housing items tied to core fantasies of a player’s race or class, or that already exist in Azeroth, won’t be sold in the shop. Thematically important decor that players know and love will also not appear in the shop.

This is hilarious. They're going to sell things like chairs and candles individually so you have to keep spending to actually decorate a room. Why would you fuck up a system that was looking so good with this?

Smaller Housing items in the shop are often low cost and players will want to purchase multiples of them to complete a set. As an example, you may want a full set of chairs to place around a dining table, multiple place settings for your invited guests, or even many candles to help decorate the room for a complete look. Using an in-game currency can help make the process of obtaining many of these types of inexpensive items more efficient.

Great question. We've taken decisive action on this. The first small boat migrants have been detained under the UK government's landmark UK-France deal.

Detained individuals are expected to be removed to France in the coming weeks.

Discussion of health inequalities is throughout the 10 Year Plan. There is a strong emphasis on the need to narrow health inequalities, and you can pull from other resources about how LGBTQ+ patients are affected by these inequalities and how inclusive services address this.

Excerpt from the 10 year plan.
It will be a service equipped to narrow health inequalities. Evidence shows that people in working class jobs, who are from ethnic minority backgrounds, who live in rural or coastal areas or deindustrialised inner cities, who have experienced domestic violence, or who are homeless, are more likely to experience worse NHS access, worse outcomes and to die younger. This is an intolerable injustice. Our reimagined NHS will be designed to tackle inequalities in both access and outcomes, as well as to give everyone, no matter who they are or where they come from, the means to engage with the NHS on their own terms.
