Pulled the last of the early potatoes. I think the ones I posted previously were actually the Charlotte 2nd earlies. The 1st earlies are Maris Bard. Also harvested the first proper load of cougettes. #HomeGrown ##VegGardening #GrowYourOwn #gardeningsky

Going to be another hot one this week. Already struggling to keep the temperature in the house below 25°c.🌡 Having three heat events hitting 30°c or above in just over a month is crazy for here.🫠

Had to delete my last gardening post as the bots found it. After moving compost to the front garden beds all week, I've also put this together, as the old pallet wood edges were rotten. Still got to fill it, but struggling to feel my arms now. #HomeGrown #VegGardening

Crown Prince squash harvested last September still going strong, but not much time left before they start to turn. So roasted a couple to put in the freezer, plus used a couple of cups to make some oaty berry breakfast bars, with last years summer fruit. #organic-gardening #HomeGrown #VegGardening

Hey lovely house plant people. I have what I think is a Gasteria which has flowered, and is now producing a new plant on a runner. If I peg this down into the soil will the new plant root down, similar to a strawberry?
