Grilled potatoes, onions and red bell pepper. I cook them in foil for 40 minutes then dump them on a hot grill. Disposable grill mesh is great for doing veggies.

Record warm winter. All the trees leafed early April. Then the inevitable freeze in early May. This Catalpa dropped all its leaves after the freeze. Made an amazing comeback and very late June bloom. #NOCO

It has been extremely dry. I record precipitation data for CoCoRaHS. We have had 3.16" since 1 OCT 2025 and our normal is 9.5". And yet I found a prairie globemallow emerging from the dust. About 3' from a globemallow we had 3 years ago. A delight in this drought. @mariannedenton.bsky.social
